Refund policy

RETURN POLICY: We hope that you LOVE all your purchases from Coccinella Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a purchase.  Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order.

  • All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached. It MUST be in the original packaging
  • Items are received within 14 days from the original purchase date
  • All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume,  smells or other  stains
  • Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return.

 

ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. 

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE  is a FINAL SALE. ALL promotional items or items discounted for a sale are FINAL SALE. 

Notice: Delivery fees are non-refundable

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Always inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach out to us immediately at (409)779-3000 within three (3) days of the delivery date. No exceptions. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products-all body products) We also do not accept returns for home scents and candles.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
